Since my focus has been on bullying this week, I saw this and knew that I had to post it. The thought came to me that as God has been “expelled” from schools, the occurrence of violence in schools has increased. Now, if schools are the example, what do you think is going to happen on a larger scale when God is pushed out of our country?

“If my people who are called by My name will humble themselves, and pray and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin and heal their land.” 2 Chronicles 7:14
Hi.. Can you check out my post, “Does an abuser deserve love?” I need your help by commenting on that post.. I am trying to awaken someone dear to me.. thanks…
Juan, I will be praying for her. God rescued me and I know that He can do the same for her and many more. I hope that your friend reads my book. It may help her. God had to guide me out of my darkness and I pray that He will lead her out of hers… Many blessings to you, my friend.
She may like poetry… We never know what God will use to touch a heart…
My 600th Post: Abuse and My God Who Rescued Me
I believe if enough people rise up with holy indignation for God, like Elijah did when he hid in the cave and cried, something will happen in the heavens. I am of the opinion there is nothing too hard or difficult for God. Oh my goodness, I have proved that my difficulties are just a hiss in the fight of this world. May God raise up fighters in this war we are going through because it is warfare in the spiritual even if we live it in the natural. Blessings.
Amen!!! Yes, it is a spiritual battle that has to be fought in the heavens. I am so glad that you said that because the battle is not against flesh and blood and so many do not realize that. Please join me in prayer my sister for this battle that we are both obviously called to. May God raise up an army of prayer warriors to fight this spiritual battle for all of our families, our country and this entire world…in Jesus Mighty Name…
Such is my prayer.,
Amen…
You´re right about God being expelled from schools, but I still don´t know if violence in schools increase is because of that, I think is more society. The movies, the songs, e.t.c. But that´s just my humble opinion anyways.
Yes, it is society. God is everywhere and God can do anything. But God gives us free will. He gives us a choice. We can vote in who the majority of people want in office. We can watch what we want on TV or play what every violent games we want. We can marry who we want or do what we want. God will not stop us. But is it His will for us? He will allow us to make the mistakes that we want to make. But His Hand of protection is over where His Presence is wanted. His army of angels are dispatched where He wants and where people cry out His Name. So, yes it is society… but God is a Gentleman, and He will not push Himself where He is not wanted either. He may watch from a distance and allow us to fail for us to cry out to Him… for it is in our brokenness that many then humble ourselves and invite Him into their lives.
Amen, that it is very true. I find myself talking to God only when I´m in some messed up situation. Probably starting to make Him mad.
LOL… Probably not because it is something that we all go through until we have enough of holding onto this world and our brokenness and reach out for Him and invite Him into our hearts. Once He is in our hearts, we are forever changed. He is just patiently waiting for you, my friend!
Amen and amen! God bless you!
Thanks Loopy. God bless you too, my sister!
One of the things that comes to my mind is man has tried to expel God, but He cannot be expelled. I do not want children, or anyone for that matter, to think that they cannot pray in their hearts at anytime they want to a loving Heavenly Father and He will hear them. These awful things that have happened in the schools have been the choices of individuals using their agency in an awful way, but I guarantee you God was there. He was there to receive each child that died, and sent his angels to protect the survivors. I do not feel like it is our opportunity now to know the reasons why some were killed and others spared, but I do know with every fiber in my body that those children were not alone, not one of them. They were comforted by the angels of heaven. Nope, man can try to expel God, but He is much more powerful than man. We need as His children, as true faithful believers of Jesus Christ, need to make sure that children know they are never ever in school or anywhere out of God’s reach. He is always there for them, laws cannot take Him away from us. WIth children as the future of our nation I think it is so important that this message be taught and not so much that He is not allowed…though we do need to continue the fight to allow public prayers and the pledge back in schools. Thanks for posting this, I did not mean to hijack your comments. I just think it is so important! As Christians we need to have the louder voice together! 🙂
Hi Hope! I totally agree with you and I am sorry if this message was offensive to anyone. I know that God is Omnipresent! He is everywhere and with everyone! He can not be expelled as much as some men may try… but “expelled” was the word that I got when I was writing it. He never leaves us or forsakes us. His army of angels are always working to protect and comfort us. However, He always gives us a choice. Some people choose righteousness and invite Him into our hearts. Others refuse Him and push Him away. God is a Gentleman. He will never force Himself on anyone or anywhere… though He is still there in the midst. Yes, our children always have God with them. But there is a spiritual battle being fought in the heavens of good versus evil. We can never understand in this lifetime why innocent lives are taken. but there has been evil since Cain and Abel. We have become complacent with allowing violent video games to become our children’s entertainment while we watch violence on TV as families. The enemy comes to kill steal and destroy, and he is doing that to many. However, we can trust that God has each victim in His Hands. As Christians, we have to understand that this is a battle… and it is not against flesh and blood. We have to be prepared to stand strong against the enemy and learn how to do spiritual warfare for the lives of our children and future generations. Our lives, our children’s lives and the welfare of this country depend on it. I invite all to join me in prayer for this entire country… that a Spirit of Revival will sweep this land and a multitude of hearts will be turned to God. As we invite God into our hearts, our lives will be forever changed.
Beautifully said. I agree, I hope I didn’t come off as offended. I was not, just do not want a child to hear, “God is not allowed in school.” and then feel alone. Sometimes children take things so literally. I always think of how literal my best friends daughter took her mothers simple request one time. The little one was sick to her stomach and my friend told her to go to the kitchen and get her a piece of bread. She probably just needed something on her stomach. Now as adults we know that means to eat it. This little one went to the kitchen, got the bread, and went to her room. A while later she came out with her hand holding her stomach. “Mom, how long do I need to hold the bread on my stomach?” Yes, children listen to what we say, but they often take the things very literally as their minds can comprehend. Hugs! I gladly join my prayers with all men and women of Christ, and pray for this beloved nation. That we cover it in prayer and truly become a nation under God again. ~Hope
AMEN!!! I totally agree. Thanks for sharing your story about the little girl and the bread. That was cute!!!
Yes, children do take things literally. That is why it is important for parents to raise them with the Love and guidance instructed by God so that God will be an influence in their lives. The Word says to raise up a child on the right path and when he is older, he will not depart from it. Just think how awesome it would be if all parents raised their children from birth by “The Golden Rule”.. We definitely would not have to worry about bullying and school violence. Thanks again and many blessings, my sister in Christ!!
I just read your comments and had to reply—-Amen. What we teach and allow in our schools is driven by a small minority.
Amen.. Thanks for your supportive comments. 🙂
Thank you.
Excellent post.
Thanks Ted. Many blessings to you!
We so easily forget how great God is. Man and his distracted heart, filled with desires and cravings, cannot snuff out, that which created him. God always finds a way to show up in the very places some claim He cannot, does not dwell. Its not in a house or school you will find God, and yet, you will. It is within our hearts He lives and its from here, we bring Him wherever we go, doing whatever we do. God is not dead, nor is He going away, for He lives… in me and in you. * smiles*
AMEN… Praise God. I pray that more will come to know that personal relationship with Him. Many blessings to you, Sharon!!

So so very true…. I truly believe that if we were to take the term church or religion as defined in any approved dictionary we would find that even evolution is a religion and we allow it in school!!!
So how do you separate church from state? I guess you just pass a law against one vs. the other.
As you already probably know, Separation of Church and State was instituted for the only purpose to keep the state out of the church. It was never intended for the Church to be banned from the schools. It’s sad to see that we (myself included) have allowed the minority to win and see this come to pass.
Amen. I totally agree. We have all sat back and watched. We need to all join in prayer for a change to occur in favor of believers in God. Some may try to push Him out but He is still there…
So true! God help us.
I do agree. People generally use the term church and religion in the same context. Evolution is a religion and the schools and museum are it church. I really am not some radical. I just believe that God has us all here for a purpose. He inspire me and gave me the words to write Deceptive Influences. To talk about His creation and how He is the only God.
Amen. I agree that we are all here for a time such as this and for a certain purpose. Can you provide a link to Deceptive Influences? He is an Awesome God– the One and Only True Living God!! Thanks Bill
This is a link to the short video. Check it out and give me your thoughts. Thanks so much in advance.
I sure will. Thanks for sharing…
Hi Bill… Looks great. There are so many deceptive influences, all coming from one enemy, Satan. Until God removes the veil, many will not see the truth and fall for the deceptions… May God bless you and your book to touch many lives…
Thanks for you kind comment. Please continue to pray for its success. It has nothing to do with selling it, it has to do with getting the information in front of all those who have been led down the path that God does not exist.
I will be praying for both of our books. My book also reveals how real God is…. He revealed Himself to me in my brokenness and leads me today… Thanks for your support, my friend.
Send me the info on yours.
My book is The Walking Wounded: The Path from Brokenness to Wholeness. I am waiting for it to get on Amazon and for my first shipment of books to arrive. The links are on the top of my blog. Here are some links:

Thanks. Let me know when it is available.
I really appreciate it. Many blessings my friend!!
If you were a radical, there would be nothing wrong with it. We need more Christians radical for truth. Redemption can not be found without faith and truth. I believe as well that the absence of a God is a religion in its self.
Amen!
🙂
This is a link to a short video to my book “Deceptive Influences”. If you would give me your thoughts back.
I an totally relate. I fell under deceptive influences that altered the path that I should have taken but God’s will shall be done. I praise God for rescuing me and getting me on track. Thanks for sharing…
I will check it out thanks.
The good news is that we don’t have to understand why bad things happen to good people; we all know someone who has gone through some bad things, but we can trust in One who does know everything that goes on and I believe God does everything for His glory even if we don’t understand it.
Amen!! Well said my friend!! I am excited about your new book for you!! Many blessings to you!
Thank you. Just want to matter!
