Broken in a Million Little Pieces

When I woke up this morning,
there was a song playing in my head.
“When you are broken, in a million little pieces…”
are part of the lyrics that I read.
So I know that this message is for someone…
who feels they can’t go on.
But I am here to tell you…
that you are never alone.
God hears your cry…
and He feels your pain.
He knows you feel broken…
with fear, guilt and shame.
But nothing is too big for God…
He is right there by your side.
No matter where you go…
or even try to hide.
He sends this message to you today…
for He knows exactly how you feel.
He wants to help you…
to guide you and to heal.
And I know this pain!!
I know exactly how you feel!!
I was broken in a million pieces…
then God showed me that He was real!!
So please reach out for Him…
just call out Jesus’ Name.
That’s what I did…
and my life was never the same.

My prayer for today is that each of you who feel broken will call on the name of Jesus. I pray for total healing and restoration for all who have been wounded by the abuses of this world and the evil tricks of Satan. Satan comes to kill, steal, and destroy. Do not let him win!!! Call on Jesus for there is Victory in His Name!!!

  1. I loved this so much Secret Angel that I decided to try the reblogging thing for the first time. Thanks for this message. I enjoy visiting your site over and over, maybe some new visitors will visit now because your message has gone wider, by a bit. Hugs Meghan

    • Thank you so much Meghan. I am so glad that you liked it and wanted to share it. Thanks for the reblog! I appreciate your encouragement more than you know. Many, many blessings to you, my sister!!

  2. This beautiful poem could have been written by Hagar, the abused slave of Sarai in the Old Testament. Abuse has been in this world as long as sin has. And God has been “seeing” the misery of the abused and drawing extra near to them for just as long, too. Hagar didn’t know what to call Him, so she named Him “the God who sees me.” Now He has become Emmanuel, the God who is with us. I love reading of how He is showing Himself to you, too.

    • Thank you so much Tiffany. I love reading your blog too. So much that I can relate to. I really appreciate your support. I continue to thank God for what He has done for me and my children. He showed me how “REAL” He is and I have it written in my book. I pray that everyone who reads it will get a touch from God and will realize that God is always present, always in control and there are no coincidences in this world… Many blessings to you, my sister!!
