Praise You in This Storm

This is for the many who continue to struggle through the storms in our lives. These struggles are not easy and have torn many victims apart… But God! God can turn every thing around in our favor in a split second… so  just trust Him to get you through the storm

Though my heart is torn…

I will praise You in this storm.

That is what God desires…

this level of faith to be our norm.

That we will not stress or fear…

as we walk thru each life phase…

we will just trust Him with our lives…

and thank Him with our praise.

  1. At some of my worst moments, Praise You in This Storm played on my radio and spoke to me. What comforting thoughts here.

    • Amen! God still amazes me how He speaks to us in so many different ways when we need to hear from Him during our times of need. We just need to be open to receive His messages. God bless you!!

  3. I heard T.D. Jakes preach on storms and he made this wonderful comment: he said that the storms that come from Satan come to us long before we recognize our significance. Satan sees our significance and wants to undermine it through storms, Jesus sees our significance and fights to help us discover it. We don’t see our significance, how could we living with abuse? But isn’t is encouraging to know that even in the midst of the storm, Jesus knows our value and our significance and He is with us!

    • Amen!! So true! He knew our significance before we were born. It just takes us a while to realize the calling that God has on our lives, especially as abuse victims. All of the storms that we have to overcome are training grounds for how He plans to use us as He brings us to new levels of faith in Him. We serve an awesome God!!

    • I love this song too. God uses so many things to bring us the comfort that we need, including music. Thank you so much for the encouraging words. I thank God for touching the hearts with the words that He gives us. Many, many blessings to you!
