  1. I appreciate your site. I am new to blogging. Triggers are so hard for me right now. Every day I struggle to do anything simple like I used to do. CPTSD has taken my life it feels at times.

    • Hi dbest1…I can totally relate to what you are saying because I have been there. Afraid to walk in public places… stores, malls, schools, and even work once you have been abused and have CPTSD. The fear and anxiety seem debilitating at times… and we just struggle to keep going. I began to repeatedly recite 2 Timothy 1:7 to try to get myself under control.It’s not easy but I can tell you that God heals… just keep hanging onto Him.I will be praying for you!
