Workplace abuse or workplace bullying…
happens more than most people know…
from coworkers or even bosses…
where their hidden agendas don’t show.
For bosses can lay the foundation…
for some good employees to fail…
then fire them for variety of reasons…
with deceptive plots for a paper trail.
And coworkers can be bullies…
as many of us well know…
with negative deeds and words spoken…
with criticism that just tends to flow.
And though the intent of their hearts…
can easily be hidden from man…
God knows all our intentions…
and this bullies need to understand.
We will all answer one day…
for our every word and every deed…
so think twice before you bully another…
for your deception will not really succeed.

Dear Lord, only You know the extent of workplace bullying and workplace abuse that is taking place. You know the deception that some bosses use to entrap innocent employees into loosing their jobs. You know the real intentions within each person’s heart. And only You see the deep wounds of brokenness that has been inflicted upon many of these victims. We pray for You to expose the truth. Expose all deceptive antics of abusers and bullies that plague workplaces. And bring healing and restoration as well as restitution to all who have lost jobs due to the deception of these abusers in the workplace… in Jesus’ Name, we pray. Amen.
