The Loss Of A Loved One

The loss of a loved one…
is never easy to endure;
remembering good times together…
and wishing there were more.
But they are now more blessed…
than they ever were before…
for they are in God’s presence…
where their spirits with Him soar.
For they are free of this world…
and the battles they had to fight…
to overcome every obstacle…
with choices between wrong and right.
And though we miss them dearly…
we know they walk with God today…
so we thank Him for His grace and mercy…
knowing He is near to us too each day.
For the Lord is always near us all…
as the Kingdom of God is at hand…
so trust Him with your lives and loved ones…
for too many just still do not understand.
