Victims of Abuse… It’s Time to Pick Up Your Crown!

Victims of abuse…
it’s time to pick up your crown…
for we are sons and daughters of God…
so they should’ve never been knocked down!!
Now abusers try to destroy us…
with their deeds and even words they say…
but we are beloved children of God…
and should have never been treated this way.
Now these crowns can get knocked off…
with all the abuses that we endure…
but we can get them all back…
when we turn from our past and desire more.
So let’s rise above our circumstances…
and go back and pick up our crowns…
for as we seek more and more of God…
each of our lost crowns will be found.
Then  we can pick them back up
and put them back on our head again…
as we choose to walk in righteousness…
and a deeper relationship with God will begin.
For God will use all we’ve been through…
to help many others with our story…
as we overcome the abuses of our pasts…
and then humbly give God all the Glory!

Dear Lord, only You know the multitude of victims who have struggled with various abuses in their lives. And only You know what blessings You have had in store for them that the enemy has tried to kill, steal, and destroy during their lifetime. We pray for all of these victims now. That they will be delivered from their situations and that You will bring healing and restoration into their lives. We pray that the crowns that You had placed upon them will be restored with the Kingdom authority You have planned for each. Bring each to a place of understanding and lead them into their Kingdom purpose for which You had originally planned… in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

  2. Amen and amen! There is deliverance and restoration available in Christ, a rebuilding from the foundations up. Dare to hope for it and then pursue that hope in faith of a loving Daddy God. Isaiah 54:11-17
