Deep-Seated Wounds

Deep-seated wounds…
affect so many today…
and most don’t realize…
the negative impact each day.
For out of deep wounds…
decisions are made wrong…
leading us down paths…
where we really don’t belong.
For the wounds of our pasts…
cause us to make mistakes…
as our vision is blurred…
by the abuses we take.
Then fear of rejection…
or fear of anger or hate…
lead us to do things…
that are wrong without debate.
So let go of your pasts…
and realize you are blessed…
for you are a child of God…
and for each He wants the best.
