For children love both parents…
though they’ve been hurt by some…
and want their family to survive…

come when couples part…
and many get hurt…
when with children one departs.
And many lies are told…
with deception to destroy…
when manipulation is used…
like broken hearts are a toy.
For parental alienation…

Parental Rights Versus Children’s Rights

Parental rights…
is what many cry out!
But children’s rights…
is what this is about.
For Children have rights…
but many are emotionally abused…
by their own parents…
who should love and not misuse.
For negative word after word…
with anger and bitterness shown…
is what’s hidden behind doors…
and these children have known.
Then these parents demand rights…
when the other takes a stand…
as these children become broken…
by abusive parent’s words and hand.

National Son’s and Daughter’s Day

I heard the announcement today…
it’s National Son’s and Daughter’s Day!!
So I want to take a moment to say…
for all our children let’s now pray.
That all will be safe in bed tonight…
as God’s angels protect them through the night.
That all parents will be loving and kind…
and no more abuses we will all find.
That each child will be happy and strong…
and not fall victim to things that are wrong.
