Workplace abuse or workplace bullying…
happens more than most people know…
from coworkers or even bosses…
where their hidden agendas don’t show.
For bosses can lay the foundation…
for some good employees to fail…
then fire them for variety of reasons…

Domestic Violence Awareness: Bullying

Bullying…
affects many of all ages…
from school grounds to homes..
with domestic violence in all stages.
And it occurs in person…
or hidden where victims don’t see…
even in workplaces or the internet…
where cyber-bullying is a reality.
For many innocent are attacked…
through Facebook and twitter accounts…

“You Are So Funny… But Not In A Funny Way”

Have you ever heard,
“You are so funny… but not in a funny way”.
For “strange” is what they mean…
but don’t want to express it that way.
Now many are considered different…
cause they don’t fit the world’s norm…
as they try to walk in righteousness…
since to God’s standards they try to conform.

DV Awareness Day#13: Bullying

As we bring awareness to the various abuses during October’s Domestic Violence Awareness Month, I want to include bullying as one of the abuses.  Bullying is not only found on school grounds, but at work and in homes and in various social media. Bullying is abuse… and should be “rejected” as acceptable in every area of our lives.

As a bully calls…
our fears arise…
for their contempt…
has little disguise.
But many are blind…
to abuse victims sustain…
but the victims know…
for they feel the disdain.

Bullying: A Must See Movie “A Girl Like Her”

Bullying is a huge problem. It is found in schools, workplaces, and even homes. Unfortunately, those who bully do not even realize that they are bullying because their behaviors  are learned and are considered acceptable to them. And those who witness it are too concerned about their own safety to stand up to the bullies for fear of retaliation against them. So victims endure more and more bullying… until something happens.

Proof is in the Pudding

Proof is in the pudding…
is a term that came to me…
when some deny Truth…
but evidence is obvious to see.
For the turmoil swirls…
like a hand stirring a sauce…
but when the “pudding” is made…
what exactly will be loss.

The Walking Wounded– Chapter Four (The WW Give-Away Continues)

Stalked? Beware of Abusers and Bullies

Abusers and bullies…
seldom change their ways.
They just change their tactics…
but the intimidation stays.
Like waiting in a line…
then turning to see…
an abuser within arms reach…
just looking right at me.

Abused and Bullied? You are Stronger Than You Think

 

Abused and Bullied…
with no help in sight.
While others watched…
knowing it was not right.
No one to help…
even though they all knew.
Leaving you to suffer…
with accusations not true.
But that was then…
and this is now.
You survived the abuse…
and resurfaced somehow.
