DV Awareness Day#13: Bullying

As we bring awareness to the various abuses during October’s Domestic Violence Awareness Month, I want to include bullying as one of the abuses.  Bullying is not only found on school grounds, but at work and in homes and in various social media. Bullying is abuse… and should be “rejected” as acceptable in every area of our lives.

As a bully calls…
our fears arise…
for their contempt…
has little disguise.
But many are blind…
to abuse victims sustain…
but the victims know…
