Opening Doors To Our Past

Opening doors to our past

may not be very wise,

for what seems nice and friendly

may only be evil in disguise.

For what caused the relationship

to come to an end

will probably still be there

pretending to be a friend.

So beware of these wolves

who come pretending to be sheep

for they have probably not changed

and their friendship you shouldn’t keep.

For if they hurt you before

they’ll probably do once again

so please don’t open that door

and allow this “friendship” to end.
