Workplace Abuse Is Never OK

Workplace abuse
is never OK…
and no one has a right
to treat workers this way.
Especially with injuries
that lead to workers demise…
like the nurse in Baton Rouge…
a death most don’t realize.
For she was attacked at work…
by a patient in her care…
and died from injuries…
sustained while working there.
And some bosses abuse workers…
in various ways today…
and even those in “superior” roles…
think they can treat personnel anyway.
But no one has a right…
to yell or push someone around…
and it’s time to expose it all…
so these abusive people can be found.
For people lose jobs…
when bosses manipulate and deceive…
for their own gain or benefit…
cause who will administration believe?
And people can lose lives…
with abuse allowed in the workplace…
so it must stop…
with more laws to protect in place.
For the workplace should be safe…
with no abuse in our midst…
and all abusers must be reported…
or perhaps even dismissed.
