When you think of texture…
where do you start?
Do you think of your skin…
or the texture of your heart?

You can feel your skin…
but inside is unknown.
So is your heart soft?
Or is it a heart of stone?

Is your heart in pieces…
broken from misuse?
Or is it hard as stone…
delivering anger and abuse?

Many are broken…
others hardened with hate.
So what is your texture…
and what is your fate?

For God knows your heart…
and judgement comes from He.
So ask Him to heal you…
and set your heart free.
